Ursprunget till r\u00e4tten h\u00e4vdas fr\u00e5n de s\u00f6dra regionerna Kalabrien, Kampanien, Apulien och Sicilien.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e4ck en ugnss\u00e4ker form med olivolja.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda str\u00f6br\u00f6d och mj\u00f6lk i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Vispa \u00e4gg och tills\u00e4tt salt i en annan sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Ta varje skiva aubergine och doppa f\u00f6rst i det vispade \u00e4ggen, sedan i br\u00f6dmj\u00f6lken och till sist i parmesanosten.<\/li>\n<li>Stek aubergineskivorna i en stekpanna med lite olivolja tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ett tunt lager med tomater i botten av formen, och l\u00e4gg sedan en f\u00f6rsta lager av stekta auberginer ovanp\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Upprepa detta tills alla auberginer \u00e4r anv\u00e4nda, och avsluta med ett lager tomater, vitl\u00f6k och basilika.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i ca. 30 minuter eller tills ytan \u00e4r gyllenbrun.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med pasta och krydda med salt och peppar efter smak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I glaset Les Pious!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parmigiana, ocks\u00e5 k\u00e4nt som parmigiana di melanzane, melanzane alla parmigiana, eller aubergineparmesan, \u00e4r en italiensk matr\u00e4tt gjord av stekt, skivad aubergine i lager med ost och tomats\u00e5s, sedan bakad.
