Tills\u00e4tt zucchinifritters och stek dem i ca 2-3 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna och krispiga.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rbered s\u00e5sen genom att mixa avokadon, basilika, citronsaft, vitl\u00f6k, salt, svartpeppar och olivolja i en matberedare tills s\u00e5sen \u00e4r sl\u00e4t och kr\u00e4mig.<\/li>\n<li>Servera zucchinifritters med avokado- och basilikas\u00e5s p\u00e5 sidan.
