Gnid in fisken med citronsaft, citronskal, chiliflakes, f\u00e4rskt hackad rosmarin, salt, peppar och en skv\u00e4tt olivolja. L\u00e5t laxen marinera i kylsk\u00e5pet i minst 30 minuter, men g\u00e4rna upp till ett par timmar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Grillning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>F\u00f6rbered grillen f\u00f6r indirekt grillning och v\u00e4rm upp den till en temperatur p\u00e5 omkring 175 grader.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg laxsidan p\u00e5 grillen med skinnsidan ned\u00e5t. L\u00e4gg citronskivorna och n\u00e5gra extra kvistar rosmarin p\u00e5 toppen av laxen.<\/li>\n<li>Grilla laxsidan i 15-20 minuter, eller tills den n\u00e5r en inre temperatur p\u00e5 52-56 grader Celsius. Anv\u00e4nd en k\u00f6ttermometer f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att laxen \u00e4r klar men fortfarande saftig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tillbeh\u00f6r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nykokt f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/li>\n<li>En frisk sommarsallad med tomat, gurka, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och en dillvin\u00e4grett<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00f6na sparrisar grillade med olivolja och havssalt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Gr\u00e4ddfilss\u00e5s med citron och dill<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 dl gr\u00e4ddfil<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, zest och saft<\/li>\n<li>En stor knippa f\u00e4rsk dill, finhackad<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar efter smak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rberedelse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda gr\u00e4ddfil, citronsaft, citronskal och hackad dill i en sk\u00e5l. Smaka av med salt och peppar. St\u00e4ll s\u00e5sen i kylsk\u00e5pet och l\u00e5t smakerna s\u00e4tta sig medan laxen grillas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Servera den grillade laxsidan med den friska gr\u00e4ddfilss\u00e5sen, nykokt f\u00e4rskpotatis, sommarsallad och grillade sparris.
