Placera skivorna p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t med bakpapper och pensla dem med lite olivolja.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta p\u00e4ronskivorna i ugnen i cirka 15 minuter, eller tills de \u00e4r mjuka och har f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg. Ta ut dem ur ugnen och l\u00e5t dem svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Under tiden som p\u00e4ronen rostar, tv\u00e4tta och torka cikorian och riv den i bitar.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta valn\u00f6tterna i en torr stekpanna p\u00e5 medium v\u00e4rme tills de blir gyllenbruna, cirka 5 minuter. Var f\u00f6rsiktig s\u00e5 att de inte br\u00e4nns. L\u00e5t dem svalna och hacka dem grovt.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra dressingen, blandar du olivolja, balsamvin\u00e4ger, honung, salt och peppar i en liten sk\u00e5l. R\u00f6r om tills allt \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda cikoria, rostade p\u00e4ron och hackade valn\u00f6tter i en stor sk\u00e5l. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver dressingen och blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>Smula fetaosten \u00f6ver salladen strax innan servering.<\/li>\n<li>Servera salladen direkt, eventuellt med lite extra fetaost p\u00e5 toppen om s\u00e5 \u00f6nskas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Smaklig m\u00e5ltid!<\/p>\n<p>Fetaost och torr Sauvignon Blanc \u00e4r en fantastisk kombo.
