L\u00e4gg sedan till vitl\u00f6ken och stek i ytterligare en minut.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i kantarellerna och stek tills de \u00e4r gyllene och all v\u00e4tska har f\u00f6r\u00e5ngats, ca 5-7 minuter. Krydda med lite salt och svartpeppar. Ta bort svampblandningen fr\u00e5n pannan och s\u00e4tt \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>I en sk\u00e5l, vispa samman \u00e4ggen, gr\u00e4dde eller mj\u00f6lk, salt och svartpeppar tills blandningen \u00e4r j\u00e4mn.<\/li>\n<li>I samma stekpanna, tills\u00e4tt den \u00e5terst\u00e5ende msk sm\u00f6r och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till medell\u00e5g. N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret har sm\u00e4lt, h\u00e4ll i \u00e4ggblandningen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t \u00e4ggblandningen s\u00e4tta sig lite i botten av pannan och r\u00f6r sedan f\u00f6rsiktigt med en tr\u00e4sked eller slickepott. Forts\u00e4tt att r\u00f6ra f\u00f6rsiktigt tills \u00e4ggen \u00e4r mjukt stelna men fortfarande kr\u00e4miga.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda in den stekta kantarellblandningen och servera genast. Garnera med hackad persilja om \u00f6nskas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>R\u00f6rda \u00e4gg med kantareller \u00e4r en underbar kombination av kr\u00e4miga \u00e4gg och den n\u00f6tiga smaken av kantareller.
