R\u00e4tten best\u00e5r av kokt spaghetti som serveras med k\u00f6ttbullar, oftast gjorda av n\u00f6tf\u00e4rs, och en rik tomats\u00e5s. K\u00f6ttbullarna \u00e4r kryddade med ingredienser som vitl\u00f6k, parmesan och \u00f6rter. Tills\u00e4tt den finhackade l\u00f6ken och stek tills den \u00e4r genomskinlig. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6k och stek i ytterligare 1-2 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg till krossade tomater, socker, basilika och smaka av med salt och peppar. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen sjuda p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i cirka 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttbullarna i tomats\u00e5sen och l\u00e5t dem sjuda i 20-25 minuter, eller tills de \u00e4r genomlagade.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Koka spaghetti:<\/strong> Under tiden k\u00f6ttbullarna kokar, koka spaghetti enligt f\u00f6rpackningens anvisningar tills de \u00e4r al dente.<\/li>\n<li>Sila spaghettin och l\u00e4gg den tillbaka i kastrullen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Servering:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Servera de nykokta spaghettin med k\u00f6ttbullarna och tomats\u00e5sen. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver riven parmesan och lite extra hackad persilja om \u00f6nskat.
