L\u00e5t den vila medan du tar hand om fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rbered fyllningen:<\/strong><br \/>\nV\u00e4rm upp olja eller lammfett i en stor stekpanna.<br \/>\nTills\u00e4tt t\u00e4rnat lammk\u00f6tt och stek tills det blir gyllene.<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg i l\u00f6kskivor och stek tills de mjuknar.<br \/>\nBlanda i vitl\u00f6k, rosmarin och oliver och stek lite till.<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll i r\u00f6dvin och l\u00e5t det koka tills m\u00e4ngden halverats.<br \/>\nBlanda i potatis och soltorkade tomater.
