N\u00e4r potatisen och mor\u00f6tterna \u00e4r n\u00e4stan mjuka, l\u00e4gg i curry-roux och r\u00f6r om tills rouxen har l\u00f6st upp sig helt och s\u00e5sen blir tjock. e. L\u00e5t curryn sjuda p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ca 10 minuter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Servering:<\/strong> a. L\u00e4gg en portion ris p\u00e5 en tallrik. b.
