Blomk\u00e5len paneras och steks f\u00f6r att sedan lageras med tomats\u00e5s och mozzarella, och gratineras i ugnen. R\u00e4tten \u00e4r smakrik och f\u00e5r en h\u00e4rlig krispighet fr\u00e5n den panerade blomk\u00e5len, samt mjukhet fr\u00e5n osten. Serveras b\u00e4st med ett v\u00e4lbalanserat r\u00f6tt vin som kompletterar de rika smakerna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200 grader Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r blomk\u00e5len i ca 2 cm tjocka skivor. Blomk\u00e5lsstekarna ska vara stora nog att efterlikna en &#8221;biff&#8221; storlek.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda str\u00f6br\u00f6d och parmesanost i en sk\u00e5l. Krydda med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Doppa varje blomk\u00e5lsstek f\u00f6rst i mj\u00f6l, sedan i det uppvispade \u00e4gget och sist v\u00e4nd dem i str\u00f6br\u00f6dsblandningen tills de \u00e4r helt t\u00e4ckta.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivolja i en stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och stek blomk\u00e5len tills den \u00e4r gyllenbrun p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg de stekta blomk\u00e5lsbiffarna i en ugnsfast form. T\u00e4ck varje bit med en gener\u00f6s m\u00e4ngd tomats\u00e5s och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver riven mozzarella.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i ca 15\u201320 minuter, eller tills osten sm\u00e4lt och f\u00e5tt en gyllenbrun f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut formen fr\u00e5n ugnen och l\u00e5t den vila n\u00e5gra minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Garnera med f\u00e4rsk persilja innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Servera med ett gott glas r\u00f6tt vin, Domaine de Mourchon, S\u00e9guret C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne Villages, f\u00f6r en full\u00e4ndad m\u00e5ltid.
