Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och fr\u00e4s f\u00f6rsiktigt l\u00f6ken gyllene i 5 minuter. R\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6let och sedan buljongen. L\u00e5t sjuda ett tag. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6tt, morot, salt peppar och worcestershires\u00e5s. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver med lock och l\u00e5t sjuda f\u00f6rsiktigt i 30 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4rtorna mot slutet.<\/p>\n<p>Under tiden blandningen sjuder s\u00e5 koka potatis. L\u00e5t den rinna av ordentligt och \u00e5nga bort den sista fukten p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Mosa potatisen och tills\u00e4tt varm mj\u00f6lk och sm\u00f6r och blanda till en bra konsistens. Salta och peppra samt tills\u00e4tt riven muskotn\u00f6t.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsblandningen i en pajform. Sprid ut potatismoset \u00f6ver och skapa en grov yta med en gaffel.
