L\u00e4gg i gryta. fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, mor\u00f6tter och selleri i resten av oljan, l\u00e4gg fr\u00e4set ner i grytan.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt resten av ingredienserna och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra under lock i ca 1-1\/2 h (k\u00f6ttet ska lossna l\u00e4tt fr\u00e5n benet) Ta upp k\u00f6ttet och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan, koka ihop s\u00e5sen n\u00e5got. Smaka av med salt, peppar, vin\u00e4ger och citron.
