Lossa fina blad fr\u00e5n romansalladen, och sk\u00e4r mozzarellan i halvcentimetertjocka skivor.<\/p>\n<p>Grilla surdegsbr\u00f6det, l\u00f6ken och tomaterna tills de f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg utan att gr\u00f6nsakerna tappar sp\u00e4nst. Grilla laxen hastigt p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor. Montera sedan ihop burgarna genom att varva br\u00f6d,lax, ost och gr\u00f6nsaker.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4rna avokado och hacka l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken fint.
