Ett vin som \u2013 precis som ett bra ros\u00e9 \u2013 briljerar med friskhet, fruktighet och m\u00e5ngsidighet. Men med en twist.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"804\">Ett r\u00f6dvin med ros\u00e9egenskaper?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"1243\"><em data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"817\">Chin Chin<\/em> \u00e4r gjort p\u00e5 druvor fr\u00e5n Vi\u00f1a Morand\u00e9 i Chile och har ett smakregister som g\u00f6r det till en kameleont i matsammanhang. T\u00e4nk toner av <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"998\">skogshallon, granat\u00e4pple, jordgubbar och viol<\/strong>, rundat av en elegant touch av fat. Syran \u00e4r frisk, alkoholhalten l\u00e5g (men smaken tydlig!) och texturen silkig. Ett r\u00f6dvin, absolut \u2013 men utan tanninerna och tyngden som annars kan krocka med det salta, feta och s\u00f6ta p\u00e5 en klassisk charkbricka.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1294\"><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1294\">D\u00e4rf\u00f6r fungerar det (n\u00e4stan som magi)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1465\">Vad \u00e4r det egentligen som g\u00f6r ros\u00e9 till en s\u00e5 popul\u00e4r partner till charkuterier? Svaret \u00e4r balans: syra m\u00f6ter s\u00e4lta, b\u00e4righet m\u00f6ter fetma, fr\u00e4sch\u00f6r sk\u00e4r igenom det rika.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1585\">Och det \u00e4r exakt vad <em data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1499\">Chin Chin<\/em> ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6r \u2013 men med r\u00f6dvinets djup.
