Torka tofun med hush\u00e5llspapper, tryck l\u00e4tt p\u00e5 tofun tills ingen fukt finns kvar p\u00e5 ytan.<\/p>\n<p>I en stor stekpanna, v\u00e4rm upp oljan och tills\u00e4tt tofu och dra ner till svag v\u00e4rme, v\u00e4nd en g\u00e5ng, och l\u00e5t ytan bli l\u00e4tt brynt och knaprig, ca 7-8 minuter per sida.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r sedan tofun i mindre kuber och l\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 hush\u00e5llspapper. L\u00e4gg sedan bitarna av tofu i en sk\u00e5l och skeda s\u00e5sen \u00f6ver den stekta tofun samt str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salladsl\u00f6k och schalottenl\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>Servera tillsammans med ris, g\u00e4rna \u00e5ngkokt.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6tt vin till \u00e4r kanske inte det f\u00f6rsta du t\u00e4nker till r\u00e4tter med mycket Umami men v\u00e5r Q Malbec fungerar riktigt bra till denna r\u00e4tt pga av sin rika fruktighet och f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandevis l\u00e5ga str\u00e4vhet.
