Sk\u00e4r sidfl\u00e4sket i strimlor och stek tills det f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg i en stekgryta. Ta upp sidfl\u00e4sket och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan men spar stekfettet i grytan och tills\u00e4tt en klick sm\u00f6r. Sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6ken och mor\u00f6tterna i bitar. Rulla kycklingbitarna i saltat och pepprat mj\u00f6l och bryn d\u00e4refter i grytan.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6k, mor\u00f6tter och vitl\u00f6k och l\u00e5t det steka med kycklingen n\u00e5gra minuter. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet, tills\u00e4tt timjan, lagerblad, pepparkorn, persiljestj\u00e4lkar och sellerin i bitar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r vinet kokat upp, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 locket och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra ca 30 minuter tills kycklingen \u00e4r tillagad.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r champinjonerna i bitar och skala sm\u00e5l\u00f6karna. Stek svamp och sm\u00e5l\u00f6k i en separat stekpanna tills de f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. Smaka av grytan med salt och peppar och red med lite maizena om den k\u00e4nns f\u00f6r tunn.
