V\u00e4rm kr\u00e4men tills den tjocknat. L\u00e5t kr\u00e4men svalna n\u00e5got och vispa sedan ner sm\u00f6ret i sm\u00e5 kuber, lite i taget. Smaka av med citronsaft, salt och peppar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>H\u00e4ll av lagen fr\u00e5n gurkan genom en sil och sl\u00e5 ut s\u00e5 mycket v\u00e4sta som m\u00f6jligt ur gurkanskivorna.
