L\u00e5t degen h\u00e4nga \u00f6ver kanterna lite f\u00f6r ett rustikt utseende. Stek kycklingen i mindre bitar med salt och peppar i sm\u00f6r och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Stek sedan l\u00f6ken tillsammans med bacon tills l\u00f6ken b\u00f6rjat bli karamelliserad. Pensla d\u00e4refter pajdegen med vispat \u00e4gg l\u00e4ngs med kanterna och l\u00e4gg i fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa samman \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, mellangr\u00e4dde, ost, finhackad persilja samt salta och peppra. H\u00e4ll sedan \u00e4ggstanningen \u00f6ver fyllningen i formarna<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda sedan i ca 10 minuter och s\u00e4nk d\u00e4refter v\u00e4rmen till 175 grader och l\u00e5t gr\u00e4dda ytterligare i 10 minuter.
