Sk\u00e4r bitarna i lamm till ca 2.5 cm tjocka kuber och l\u00e4gg dem i en sk\u00e5l. Tills\u00e4tt kryddpastan och blanda v\u00e4l. L\u00e5t sedan marinera i ca 30-60 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Skala l\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r dem i klyftor samt sk\u00e4r paprikan i ca 2.5 cm tjocka bitar. Ta bort de l\u00e4gre bladen fr\u00e5n kvistarna med rosmarin och tr\u00e4 lamm, l\u00f6k och paprika \u00f6ver kvistarna. (Det g\u00e5r \u00e4ven bra att anv\u00e4nda grillspett)<\/p>\n<p>Grilla sedan i ca 5 minuter eller tills en fin yta uppst\u00e5r och k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r rosa inuti.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med dina favoritgr\u00f6nsaker, en bit plattbr\u00f6d penslat med vitl\u00f6k och rosmarin!<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t det smaka!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Solen skiner och nu m\u00e5ste vi verkligen grilla, kanske f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen i \u00e5r f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga.
