En klassiker som g\u00e5r att variera med ett flertal tillbeh\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 190 grader och l\u00e5t ugnspl\u00e5ten st\u00e5 i fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan. Stek r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och sidfl\u00e4sk i en stekpanna till det f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg, utan att br\u00e4nns vid. Salta och peppra och l\u00e5t svalna.<br \/>\nBred ut ett tunt lager crem\u00e9 fraiche \u00f6ver den utkavlade sm\u00f6rdegsbotten.
